Involvement Starts at
THE TOP

Rancon community involvement starts at the top with Founder Dan Stephenson, and is emulated by every person throughout both Rancon Real Estate and the Rancon Group organizations.

For 50 years, the people at Rancon have shared a mutual desire to achieve success in their careers while playing active roles in their community. There are literally dozens of Rancon professionals who volunteer on a regular basis to help organizations and foundations that benefit the community at large.

“As proud as I am of what this company has accomplished in business, that effort is overshadowed by what individuals in the company have done in contributing to the community,” says Stephenson. “There are many things that have made Rancon successful. Yet when all the numbers are crunched, and the books are tallied, it all comes down to one common denominator: people. It’s the people who make our business; people who make us successful; our people who make me very proud.”
