Our Investment Opportunities Team offers a range of investment vehicles. Since 1971, Rancon Group has formed over 350 Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and has raised well over $900,000,000 from more than 65,000 partners.  They have invested in Rancon Group’s Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), both public and private, through Individual Investments, IRAs and Pension Plans.

Rancon Group partnerships have acquired and or developed more than 14,800 acres of residential properties throughout Southwest Riverside County. In addition, Rancon partnerships have developed more than 1.2 million square feet office space, 1.1 million square-feet of retail/restaurant space, and more than 1.2 million of industrial projects throughout Southern California.

Rancon partnerships range in size from $3,000,000 to $100,000,000 and are sold in units to qualified investors.

We currently have 200 owners/investors that have provided the equity to build Phase I – Prelude Bistro, Cave and Wedding Venue, and Phase II – Bolero Winery & Resort and the Vienza Wine Cave. We are now raising funds from new investors/owners to complete Phase III the Italian portion – Vienza Resort & Spa.   An Offering Package for Vienza Resort, LLC is available upon request to qualified investors.

Ranch Self-Storage

Heritage Square, McCall Blvd– we are the owner of a self-storage and retail projects at the intersection of Menifee Road and McCall Blvd in the City of Menifee. A great deal has happened in 2024 on both our three retail parcels as well as our self-storage project. We successfully sold the 7-Eleven Gas Station & Convenience Store, completed our Starbucks building and are 70% completed on our 6,100-sf retail building with Chipotle as our main tenant. Our plan with the Starbucks building this year is to lease the other half of the building and then sell it. We expect the 6,100-sf building to be completed by April and ready for occupancy.

Winchester, LLC – We are the owner of a self-storage and retail parcel located on Domenigoni Parkway in Winchester Valley. We have completed all our entitlements as well as all of our offsite improvements. We are 95% in completing our on-site improvements and expect them to be completed by Q1.
