Our Investment Opportunities Team offers a range of investment vehicles. Since 1971, Rancon Group has formed over 350 Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and has raised well over $900,000,000 from more than 65,000 partners. They have invested in Rancon Group’s Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), both public and private, through Individual Investments, IRAs and Pension Plans.
Rancon Group partnerships have acquired and or developed more than 14,800 acres of residential properties throughout Southwest Riverside County. In addition, Rancon partnerships have developed more than 1.2 million square feet office space, 1.1 million square-feet of retail/restaurant space, and more than 1.2 million of industrial projects throughout Southern California.
Rancon partnerships range in size from $3,000,000 to $100,000,000 and are sold in units to qualified investors.

French Valley – This project is located near the intersection of Benton Road and Highway 79 North (Winchester Road) in the French Valley. It was acquired in December of 2015. Phases I & 2 are now complete, the project is fully operational and 98% occupied.
Temescal Valley – The Company acquired 6.9 acres known as the Temescal Valley property. During its ownership of the Property, we built a 149,350 sf self-storage, create RV parking on the vacant land, lease the self storage and RV parking spaces, and achieve a stabilized occupancy of approximately 95%.
