As Director of Finance of the Rancon Group, Kamron Riches oversees the finance and accounting functions. He is responsible for the financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and financial modeling for future business ventures.

Over the span of 20 years Mr. Riches has worked in several industries and in all disciplines of finance and accounting. For the first 6 years of his professional career he focused on home building project profitability, land acquisition pro formas, and business forecasting for the Shea Homes, San Diego Division. He spent 6 years in the mortgage banking industry working as a Controller, preparing consolidated financial statements. His experience also includes global treasury analysis for a multinational manufacturer. Mr. Riches also worked in public accounting.

Stragetic Planning

Mr. Riches also worked in public accounting. For the past decade he has been preparing income tax returns and advising business owners on sound financial business decisions. Before joining Rancon Group, he led a durable medical equipment company in its Finance, Accounting and Operations functions. There he successfully provided strategic tax guidance, navigated the business through the COV-19 pandemic, and evaluated new business ventures.
