Mike O’Donnell is involved with multiple disciplines within the Rancon organization. He plays a key role in the marketing and sales activities for the Rancon Builder Developer Division of Rancon Real Estate; primarily through the sale of lots to home builders. He also assists in the gathering and analysis of due diligence materials on both the acquisition and sales end of project development.
Mike is instrumental in coordinating with property owners and governmental agencies in the planning of regional infrastructure affecting various development projects such as major roads, flood control and utilities. In addition, Mike helps coordinate the funding required for these infrastructure projects and the financing of development impact fees through the formation of Community Facilities Districts (CFDs) and/or Assessment Districts. He also actively seeks out any grants available on both a federal and state level for infrastructure development.
